Do you ship too abroad?

Absolutely, we ship all over the world with follow-up parcel.


Delivery costs are offered for all orders greater than 50 euros in metropolitan France.

For other countries the fees vary depending on the destination.

What are the preparation and shipping times?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours.

They are delivered in 10 days to 2 weeks depending on the country of deliveries.

How can I check the status of my order?

After an order was passed, it is sent to one of our shipping centers as soon as possible, from which your article will be shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is shipped. You will then be able to check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Follow my order" tab using your email address and your order number.


Simply choose your items and click on the "Add to Cart" button, start again for each item, and then go to your basket and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare this one and you will send a command confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard bank cards as well as payments via PayPal. Checks and transfers are not accepted.


Quite, our shop is fully secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We used secure Stripe and Paypal payment systems.

I still have not received my order, what to do?

Have you received the shipping confirmation of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch a survey and come back to you in the 48 hours.

I ordered several articles and I only received part of my order, is it normal?

Yes, it's totally normal. To minimize your expectation, we ship all items separately when they are ready to be shipped. The rest of your order should arrive in the coming days.

I received a damaged / defective article, what to do?

We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Thank you for contacting us by explaining the problem and joining a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to solve all the problems our customers may encounter with their articles online. If you still want to receive a refund on your order, we can of course accomplish the payment, in the event that the appeal is done within 30 days of the date of the order and that the relevant products (s) are not sold. .

Note that you will not be able to be reimbursed in the following cases: if the product has been used and is therefore not resolved in the state.

  1. If the shipment has not arrived at destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated during the order.
